Mobile App – Design Direction, UX & UI
As Design Director I felt it was important to retain Emilio Botin’s, Santander founder, non-nonsense unique approach to banking during this project.
That simplicity at the core of the brand’s essence, was key during the redesign of Santander’s online bank, on both the responsive website and the App (Tablet and Mobile). From wireframe to high fidelity designs, we created Santander’s new functionality for their main banking app…
…smartwatch app, fast balance functionality, payment process and accessibility. As well, we designed Santander Bank’s new Social monitoring tool and wrote both App and responsive style guides.
Throughout the process, I frequently advised the Spanish Santander team in Spanish, as their brand guardian, at their Euston Rd HQ.
